A few things...

♥ This week I met with the lovely team behind JustEssential, to view their great range of baby essentials. A collection of locally produced top quality yet budget priced baby and child products created especially for the Middle East's parenting needs. All available online and at JustKidding stores.

♥ ‘Mom’s Little Secret,’ a first-of-its kind book in the GCC launched by Babyshop for expecting and new mothers. The book brings together the opinions of 27 experts and features over 40 articles providing expert advice and tips on the various stages of pregnancy and childcare, right from the prenatal period until toddlerhood. A great initiative from Babyshop, to provide mothers, particularly first-time mothers, with advice from trusted professional sources. Grab your copy in Babyshop across the UAE.

♥ A fresh wintery drink to inspire: Cranberry & Rosemary White Sangria

♥ All about the rings - we like.

♥ Came accross the cute collection from GAP in collaboration with Kate Spade and Jack Spade. It's very sweet, fun and whimsycle, packed with playful pieces and quirky details. All very practical, we like the color blocking, stylized camouflage, cartoon eyes details, bows, polka dots and Kate Spade's signature idioms. See it here.

♥ Now reading: French Children Don't Throw Food by Pamela Druckerman. As a journalist and desperate mother, Druckerman was keen to uncover the secret of French parenting while living in Paris. A world where babies slept through the night from two months, ate at adult meal times, often attended nursery from nine months, where they ate a varied and sophisticated diet and didn't throw their dinners at you or on the floor. Fun, whity and easy to read.  Full review up soon, watch this space.
