Fit Republik for mamas and their the little ones...

Great morning at Fit Republik today! First time at Fit Republik, the state-of-the-art sports facility in Sport City! It's a fantastic space with a wide range of activities that suit people of all ages and interests. Fit Republik offers many activities for children and adults including more than 350 classes a week, an Olympic sized swimming pool, martial arts and the only facility in the Middle East with official gymnastics facility. I was super impressed with the facility, the space and feel good community vibes, enhanced by Natalie's Café, Caramel and Sun pop up shop...

The best part for us mamas is the brand new playground. The Playground, an area where parents can leave their toddlers from the age of 1-4 years old, while they workout. With no time limit, the play zone is open everyday except Friday, from 7:00am - 8:00pm, giving parents the chance to fit in a little ‘me time’ into their busy schedules. It includes a swing, slide, mini climbing wall, crafts center and much more, which means that kiddies will be more than happy to hang out and keep active and engaged with the super-friendly team at Fit Republik.

The concept is defined to help busy parents, look after themselves, while Fit Republik’s trained experts take care of the children. There is no need to book in advance and members pay just 50 AED per hour, and it’s even open to non-members for 75 AED per hour for the facility so drop off your kids and run your errands.
