My "Yummy Mummy to be Massage" was a real treat. The lovely therapist was obviously knowledgeable about pregnancy treatment. After setting me up comfortably with different cushions to adjust my legs and growing belly, she could proceed with the massage using warm sweet almond oil. We discussed my needs, pressure preference and overall comfort. Within minutes I was on my way to relaxation, my mind could drift away to peaceful thoughts. The massage was the right combination of "feel good" but also "I am here doing something good and worth it" for my body!
