Frozen Summer Treats

Today we will be in the kitchen making fruit popsicles! We got popsicle molds from our local supermarket and some lovely ripes fruits, we are ready for a treat. Can't wait for Luella to play in the garden and refresh with our home made pops. It's gonna get messy...

Here's the recipes for today:
ingredients
3 cups ripe fresh fruits chucks (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple)
1/2 cup of superfine sugar
3 tbl sp of light corn syrup *
1 tbl sp of lemon juice
2 cups of yogurt (try also vanilla yogurt)

In blender, puree fresh fruit with sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice until very smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add yogurt and blend until smooth. Taste mixture and adjust sweetness, adding more sugar if needed. Pour mixture into pop molds. Place tops on molds and insert wooden sticks. Freeze at least 4 hours before removing fruit pops from molds.
* not sure about corn syrup, might skip that one?!
