Mini Golf Adventure... a glowing idea
It feels like we have been lucky with the weather this year. It's been hot but we have managed to play outdoor, enjoying the beach and the park much longer then previous years. But today we needed to venture into the indoor playing option... Summer is definitely here! So if you are looking for some fun indoor time with the kids, head down to the Marina at "Play a Round @ Some Place Nice".
The indoor glow in the dark mini golf is a must try! We loved the under water theme, the neon light and overall golfing experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful with the rules and technique. Not over priced, for AED45/ 1hour, you can play as many rounds of mini golf as you wish and get to participate in one art&craft activity of your choice (sand art, scratch card, paint on canvas...)
There is also a soft play area for toddlers to enjoy while you get a cup of coffee (not so good though) or a bit to eat. Free wifi available.
Location easy when you know! The Jewels Tower in the Marina. From Sheikh Zyd twrds Abu Dhabi, exit 29, immediately after Marina Mall. Follow signs for JBR. Come Down the flyover (Jewels Building is on the right hand) and make a u-turn at the traffic lights. Turn right onto the service road/sand area. Follow the path, it will take you on the other side of the Jewels Tower, by the retail area. Lots of parking: bonus!!
