Last week, I was invited to a lovely breakfast event, "Beauty 101" showcasing Johnson Beauty Brands. It was great to re-discover and get more familiar with brands like Johnson&Jonhson, Clean&Clear and Neutrogena. We all have our skin care routine pretty much established and know our favorites products but sometime a back to basic and value for money is just what we need to revamp our beauty routine.

The interactive stations and mini workshops provided me with some tricks and tips. I got to try out products that will now be keepers in my handbag, beach bag and bathroom counters.

Cleansing wipes have been a big hit for years, due to their multi-functional purpose and easy to use propriety. JOHNSON'S® 24 Hour Facial Cleansing Wipes removed my make-up with so much ease. It's the quick way to go, to remove "raccoon eye" at the beach, or refresh after a gym session. They gently wipe away impurities and effectively remove make-up, even waterproof mascara, leaving your skin hydrated and refreshed. Also an efficient make-up tool, to rectify application and create a more define look, it works just like an eraser. Another keeper, for just AED 25!

My new best friend, Neutrogena® Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit. I like the gentle foaming scrub texture, the micro beads and Salicylic Acid helps clear blemishes and blackheads, without irritating your skin.
