Recently, I started a reward star system for Luella, for exemple she gets a star after a good night sleep or no tears at ballet class. After gaining 7 stars she gets the treat she had picked before starting the 7 stars task. This time, she had chosen "an ice cream with sprinkles".

In order to make it special and somehow a little healthy, I started googling "Dubai best ice cream shop". After a good online search, my pick was " Bacio Gelato", this little shop in Barsha had great reviews. I had never heard of it... it was time to change that and to spoil Luella and my self with something delicious the italian way!

The shop is small and doesn't look like much. There is around 10 different gelatos to choose from and no topping. So what, when it's so good... who cares about sprinkles! Made in the kitchen behind the shop with high quality fresh ingredients and no colorants or additives. Luella had the chocolat gelato and I had strawberry yahourt, a real treat! The staff is so nice and helpful (with Luella's melting ice cream drama).
