Smoothie yummy
Today we are making Annabel Karmel Super C Smoothie! Fun to make, delicious to eat and packed with viamines A and C for a super immune system booster. Bon appetit.
Ingredients
110g/4oz strawberries (3 large or 5 medium), hulled and quartered
1 thin slice of watermelon or canteloupe, seeds and rind removed and flesh cubed (100g)
1/2 small banana
3 tbsp strawberry yoghurt
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp honey

Method:
Put the fruit in a blender and whiz to a puree. Add the remaining ingredients and whiz to combine. Pour into glasses to serve.
